of data within the OrderCook application, which operates on a secure, on-premise local server
environment.

1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the OrderCook application and provide services to
the client
organization.
1.1 Application User Data
- Employee/user name
- Organization-assigned login credentials
- User roles and permission levels
1.2 Operational & Order Data
If integrated with Marketplace Seller Services (where applicable), the system may process
Marketplace-related data such
as:
- Order information
- Shipment details
- Item-level data
- Order and return status updates
1.3 System Logs
- LAN IP Address
- Login history
- User activity logs
We do not collect sensitive personal information unless explicitly required.
2. How We Use the Information
Data collected through OrderCook is used solely for authorized business functions, including.
- Order processing and operational workflows
- Application functionality and performance
- Assigning and managing user-specific access levels
- Internal insights and reporting
- Troubleshooting, error investigation, and support
- Maintaining system security, audits, and compliance
We do not use Marketplace Information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale.

- All application and Marketplace-related data is stored on a secure, on-premise database server
located within the
client’s internal LAN
- Server access is restricted to authorized system administrators only.
- No data is stored on cloud services, personal devices, or external storage unless approved by the
client.
We implement industry-standard security controls including:
- LAN-only restricted access.
- Role-based authentication.
- Database access restrictions.
- Physical server security.
- Firewall protections.
4. How We Share Data
We do NOT share Marketplace data with third parties except:
- Authorized employees
- Legal requirements
- Troubleshooting with client approval

- No remote/internet exposure of the database

No Marketplace Information is stored on personal devices.
7. Access From Personal Devices
OrderCook prevents Marketplace or customer data from being accessed through.
- USB drives
- Personal computers
- Mobile phones
- Unauthorized removable devices
The application can only be accessed through authorized devices connected to the secured internal LAN.
Incident monitoring is implemented through.
- Windows Event Logs
- Internal application logs
- Access control triggers
- Administrator-managed unauthorized access alerts
