Welcome to OrderCook. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OrderCook application developed and provided by Akshar Technosoft.

By using the OrderCook software, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Application / Software: The OrderCook system deployed on the client’s local server.
• User: Authorized personnel accessing the system.
• Client Organization: The business entity that licenses OrderCook.
• Marketplace Information: Data retrieved from Marketplace Seller Services.

2. License to Use

OrderCook grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the software within the client’s internal LAN environment.

You may not

• Resell, distribute, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Use the software for unauthorized or illegal purposes
• Expose the system to public networks without approval

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use the system only for authorized business activities
• Follow internal data security protocols
• Report suspicious activity immediately

4. Local Server Deployment

OrderCook runs on a local server within the client’s secured LAN. The client is responsible for:

• Server hardware & OS maintenance
• Firewall & network configurations
• Device-level security
• Backup and recovery (unless agreed otherwise)

5. Data Ownership

All marketplace, financial, and order-related data belongs solely to the client organization..

6. Data Security

OrderCook implements software-level protections including

• Role-based access control
• Logging and monitoring
• No remote database exposure

Client IT teams are responsible for hardware, firewall, and physical server security.

7. Marketplace Restrictions

• No use of Marketplace data for ads or marketing
• No export to personal devices
• No unauthorized sharing
• No cloud uploads without approval

8. Updates & Support

OrderCook may provide updates, patches, and support depending on your service plan.

9. Payment & Licensing

• Fees must be paid as per agreement
• No refunds for misuse or partial usage

10. Limitations of Liability

OrderCook is not liable for data loss, hardware issues, unauthorized employee access, or financial losses arising from system misuse.

11. Termination

We may terminate usage rights for non-payment, misuse, or Terms violations..

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
